In the Common Area
All guests may leave their luggage in the common area, but please note that it is an open, unattended space accessible to all guests.
Place a post it with the name of the reservation holder on each object.
Send us a photo via WhatsApp, showing all your things.
This is the only authorized area for leaving luggage.
By leaving your luggage in the common area, you accept these conditions and must notify us in advance via WhatsApp.
Luggage must be ordenadasin the designated area and must not block access to the rooms..
When leaving or collecting luggage, please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing other guests.
Luggage may remain for a maximum of 8 hours from 11:00 a.m.; after this time, it will be taken to the Lost & Found office of Madrid.
The property is not responsible for total or partial loss of luggage, opening of bags, or removal of items, as this is not a supervised luggage storage service.
This is the only authorized area; any luggage left outside this space will be removed and taken to the Lost & Found office of Madrid.
